Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Manage payroll activities (maintain records, coordinate with finance, statutory compliances).
• Take care of general HR and administrative tasks.
• Support employee engagement and smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For
• 1 to 5 years of experience in HR.
• Good understanding of hiring, payroll and admin processes.
• Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in the building material industry (an added advantage).
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
