? Hiring: Sales / Business Development Executive — Container Trading (Asia & Europe Markets)

Supertainer Container Trading LLC, headquartered in Dubai, is a fast-growing container trading company connecting buyers and sellers across global shipping markets. We're expanding our Asia & Europe sales desk and looking for a driven, relationship-first Sales / Business Development professional based in India to join our team.

What You'll Do
• Identify and reach out to prospective clients (shipping lines, logistics companies, depots, traders) across Asia and Europe
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads from first contact through closed deal
• Negotiate pricing, container specs, and terms with buyers and sellers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Track and report on deal activity, pipeline health, and market trends
• Collaborate with our Dubai-based operations team to ensure smooth container handover and delivery




• Stay on top of container market pricing and availability across major Asian and European ports (China, India, Southeast Asia, Western/Eastern Europe)

What We're Looking For
• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (container/shipping/logistics industry experience is a strong plus, but not required)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident on the phone — comfortable cold-calling and following up with Asia/Europe-based clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Able to work hours that overlap with Asia and European business hours
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
