Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhajjar for an R&D; skilled specializing in engineering polymers and blends. The role involves planning and executing laboratory experiments to develop and optimize polymer formulations, blends, and processing conditions. The R&D; person will analyze test data, interpret results,



and prepare technical reports and documentation to support product development and quality improvement. Daily responsibilities include working with lab equipment, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with production and quality teams, and supporting scaling up of successful formulations to manufacturing. The role also requires clear communication of findings, participation in technical discussions, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within the laboratory and plant environment.
Qualifications
