Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves managing qualified leads, understanding client investment requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting client meetings and presentations, and driving sales from initial consultation through closure.
The Sales Manager will engage with prospective buyers and investors, maintain consistent follow-ups, negotiate effectively,



and build strong client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with the telesales team, maintaining accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems, and consistently achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process, lead management, and client conversion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable property investment opportunities.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working with CRM and sales tracking systems.
• Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue and conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Jaipur.
