We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and project sales for our interior design and modular interior business.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential interior sales, lead conversion, client relationship management, site visits, negotiations, and project closures.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client consultation to quotation, negotiation, closure, and handover to the design/project team.
Key Responsibilities• Generate and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and market activities.
• Manage and convert leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, budget, design preferences, and project timelines.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Present interior design solutions, products, services, and commercial proposals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team for project proposals.




• Negotiate with clients and close residential interior projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a robust and updated sales pipeline.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, 3D Visualisers, Project Managers, and Operations teams.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects from Sales to Design and Execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
• Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Handle client objections and sales-stage escalations professionally.
