Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Chennai. The Sales Associate will engage with industrial and infrastructure customers, understand their coating and protection requirements, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with prospective and existing clients, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product selection, timely delivery, and high-quality customer service. The Sales Associate will also maintain customer records, support basic market research, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
