BrightCHAMPS is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across our global entities.

Department: Finance & Compliance
Reports To: Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and ROC/MCA filings.
• Handle FEMA and RBI compliance, including FDI/ODI, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA and ECB reporting.
• Manage Board, Committee and General Meetings, resolutions, minutes and statutory registers.
• Coordinate compliance for overseas entities across Singapore, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
• Manage intercompany agreements and coordinate transfer pricing compliance.
• Coordinate statutory, internal and secretarial audits and closure of observations.




• Oversee contract compliance, banking compliance and KYC renewals.
• Maintain the master compliance calendar, risk trackers and compliance dashboards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.

Qualification:

• Mandatory: CA Inter / CA
• Positive to have: CMA/ CPA
• Preferred: Diploma in FEMA / International Compliance
