Role Description The Import Export Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Baddi, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, maintaining accurate records,



and optimizing processes for cost-effective and timely delivery. The Import Export Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, manage customer requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement in global trade workflows.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of import, export, and import export procedures, with practical experience handling international shipments.
