Role Description The Marketing Analyst volunteer will support Outcome School’s mission by turning data into insights that improve outreach, engagement, and program enrollment. This is a remote volunteer role.



Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing marketing and outreach data from multiple channels, analyzing trends and performance metrics, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for the team. The Marketing Analyst will help design and test campaigns aimed at underserved youth, collaborate with staff and other volunteers to refine messaging, and recommend data-driven actions to boost awareness and participation. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to strengthen employer and community partnerships, and contributing to strategies that connect learners to hiring pathways.
Qualifications
• Solid analytical skills with experience in analytics and marketing analytics to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
