About MYDESIGNATION

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring together creative thinking, strong design sensibility, and technical precision — from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
• Develop fresh garment silhouettes and design concepts aligned with our brand identity
• Create accurate, production-ready tech packs, size charts and detailed garment specifications
• Define garment construction, measurements, trims, fabrics and finishing details
• Work closely with sourcing, sampling and production teams for smooth execution
• Conduct trend research and translate insights into relevant design directions
• Review samples and provide technical/design feedback to ensure the final product matches the intended design
• Take designs from concept through final production
What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of production-ready tech packs and garment specifications
• Ability to translate design concepts into explicit technical instructions for production
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong eye for colour, silhouette, proportion and detail
• Good understanding of fit and garment measurements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative and commercially minded
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
