Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the individual will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve issues related to bookings, itineraries, and travel services. The role involves tracking and documenting customer interactions, escalating complex issues to relevant teams, and following up to ensure resolutions meet customer expectations.



The Customer Support Executive will collaborate with internal departments to improve service processes, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement of support workflows. The role also includes monitoring support tickets, adhering to service-level standards, and representing Mivoyage’s values in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide effective Customer Support and Customer Service in a rapid-paced environment.
• Skills in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction and managing feedback constructively.
• Experience delivering Online Support through email, chat, or other digital platforms.
• Capability to handle Technical Support issues related to travel platforms or booking systems.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
