Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience
• Solid experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect
• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data model, sharing model, and platform best practices
• Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, reports, dashboards, and user management
• Experience in solution design, integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce environments
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and provide technical recommendations
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Must be comfortable working in EST hours
