Compensation: ₹8,00,000–₹12,00,000 (₹8–12 LPA), depending on relevant experience, financial modelling skills, and demonstrated capability in analytics and automation.

What You Will Own• Profitability analysis: Calculate margins by product, customer, and process, accounting for materials, labour, tooling, plating, power, and rejection costs.
• Investment decisions: Evaluate machinery purchases and expansion plans through ROI, payback, and scenario analysis.
• Planning and forecasting: Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections linked to production and sales.
• Working capital: Analyse inventory, receivables, payables, and customer advances to identify cash requirements.
• Management dashboards: Turn financial and operational data into clear dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Reporting automation:



Reduce manual work by improving how data moves from accounting and production records into management reports.
• Cost improvement: Investigate variances, quantify losses, and measure whether corrective actions deliver savings.
• Decision support: Model changes in demand, pricing, capacity, and product mix before management commits resources.

What You Bring• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. CA, CMA, or MBA Finance qualifications are welcome.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling, PivotTables, and Power Query.
• Practical understanding of costing, financial statements, budgeting, and working capital.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Tally or ERP systems; SQL or Python skills are an advantage.
• Ability to validate incomplete data, challenge assumptions, and explain conclusions clearly.
