Role Description

• Lead overall project planning and execution
• Prepare & review project schedules, timelines and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress against milestones, budget and quality parameters
• Lead all engineering and construction activities at site
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety & quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Manage project budgeting, cost control and cost-saving initiatives
• Review contractor bills,



variation claims and BOQ compliance
• Drive quality control, safety protocols and statutory compliance
• Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants & authorities
• Resolve site issues and disputes
• Prepare MIS reports and highlight project risks with mitigation plans
• Conduct regular project review meetings with senior management

Qualifications

• Experience: 20+ years, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience handling large-scale residential and commercial projects, preferably with exposure to tall buildings / high-rise projects exceeding 100 metres in height
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Location: Ahmedabad
• s, and proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
