Role Description
We're looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Growth professional to join our team in Gurugram.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both storytelling and growth. You'll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and expansion of Humans of Hustle across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify, X, and emerging platforms.
You'll work directly with founders,



the content team, designers, editors, and production to ensure every story reaches the right audience in the right format. Your objective is straightforward: maximize reach, engagement, community, and brand recall while continuously experimenting with new ways to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
• Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies.
• Build monthly and quarterly social media roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to expand audience across existing and emerging platforms.
• Create scalable frameworks for content distribution.

Content Planning & Publishing
• Own the end-to-end content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Ensure consistency in tone, branding, messaging, and visual identity.
• Coordinate launches for podcast episodes, campaigns, and special projects.

Posting & Distribution
• Publish and schedule content across YouTube
