Role Description The Accounts Payable Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role oversees the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice validation, payment processing, vendor account reconciliation, and adherence to company policies and controls.



The Accounts Payable Lead will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records within the financial systems. This role also supports month-end closing activities, assists in process improvements, and helps implement best practices for AP workflows and compliance. The individual will guide junior team members, monitor key AP metrics, and collaborate with finance leadership to support operational and audit requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong accounts payable and general accounting skills, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and knowledge of accruals and expense coding.
