Zee Labs is a fast-moving technology company building and scaling consumer Android products.
We are a team of approximately 50 people across video editing, scriptwriting, technology, design, HR and other functions. We work at the intersection of consumer apps, performance marketing, content, AI and emerging technology.
We move fast, experiment constantly and adopt recent technologies aggressively.

We’re looking for an unusually capable Technical Chief of Staff to work directly with one of the co-founders.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role where your primary job is meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
You will be expected to think, build, solve, research, manage and execute.
One day you may be reviewing performance-marketing videos with our editors.
The next day you may be testing a new AI video model, debugging an automation, improving an app UI, building a prototype, researching a new technology, helping engineering solve a problem, interviewing a candidate or figuring out why an advertising creative isn't converting.

Sometimes the problem will come with almost no instructions.
Your job will be to figure it out.
We are looking for someone who can eventually operate as a force multiplier for the founder and take ownership of major day-to-day responsibilities when the founder is unavailable.

AI & Emerging Technology• Stay deeply updated on AI models, agents, automation tools, creative AI, developer tools and emerging technology.
• Experiment with new tools before they become mainstream.
• Identify technologies that can improve speed, quality or cost across Zee Labs.
• Build AI workflows, automations, agents and internal systems.
• Help different teams solve prompting and AI-tool-related problems.
• Evaluate new AI products and decide what is actually useful versus hype.
• Implement successful tools across the organization.

Video, Creative & Performance MarketingA significant part of this role will involve working with our video and creative teams.
