About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Key Account Manager – PR to manage and grow key client accounts while leading strategic PR and communications initiatives. The role will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, providing strategic communications counsel, driving impactful media coverage, and guiding the account team towards successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a PR agency environment, excellent media relationships across industries, strong storytelling and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. This role requires someone who can operate as a trusted client partner while also being hands-on with PR strategy, media engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage relationships with existing key client accounts, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted communications advisor.
• Develop a robust understanding of clients' businesses, industries, competitive landscapes, business priorities, and communication objectives.




• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand the scope of work.
• Lead regular client interactions, status meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Understand client expectations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all PR mandates.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and address them with appropriate solutions.
• Develop compelling client narratives, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and positioning plans.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on media positioning, messaging, spokesperson profiling, and communications opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, news cycles, media trends, and emerging communications opportunities relevant to client accounts.
