Role Description This is a full-time, in office Collection Executive role based in Bhubaneswar, intended for experienced professionals only. The Collection Executive will manage and follow up on overdue accounts, conduct regular reminder calls and visits, and negotiate payment plans in line with company policies. The role involves monitoring credit exposure, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and preparing reports on receivables and recovery status.



The individual will collaborate with the finance and operations teams to resolve customer queries, verify transaction details, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The position also requires proactive risk identification, escalation of critical cases, and adherence to ethical collection practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, with proven experience handling overdue accounts and recovery processes.
