Role Description The Assistant Manager – Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Hotel Indore. This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the hotel’s marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive room and event bookings, and strengthen guest engagement. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating digital and offline campaigns, managing social media and online presence, assisting with content creation for promotional materials,



and collaborating with sales and operations teams on joint initiatives. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing marketing reports, maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with brand standards and hotel objectives.
