Role Description The Insurance Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves leading and developing the sales team, setting sales targets, and driving growth across the company’s insurance products and services.



The Insurance Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and provide advisory support on risk, claims, and portfolio management. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales pipeline, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also requires preparing sales reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and mentoring team members to enhance performance and professional development.
