UI/UX Senior Designer | 5–6 Years
Role Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Senior Designer with strong experience in user-centered design, product interfaces, and design systems. The ideal candidate should be able to lead design initiatives from research and ideation through final delivery while working closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage UI/UX design across web and mobile products, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to translate user needs into effective product experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers,



and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready designs.
• Review designs, provide mentorship, and establish UX/UI best practices across the design team.

Core Qualifications
• 5–6 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in product or technology environments.
• Solid proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving.
