Role Description The Senior Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing and reviewing financial statements, supporting monthly and quarterly closing activities, and preparing accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and external compliance needs. The Senior Finance Associate will monitor budgets,



track variances, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Daily responsibilities include reconciling accounts, ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial matters, and assisting in audits and regulatory filings. The role requires proactive communication with leadership to highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improving financial performance and processes.
