Role Description This is a full time, on-site Food Technologist role based in Ahmedabad. The Food Technologist will develop and refine bakery and food products, including conducting formulation trials and improving existing recipes for quality, taste, and shelf life. Daily tasks include performing sensory evaluations, overseeing lab tests, monitoring raw materials and finished products, and supporting quality control processes on the production floor. The role involves collaborating with production, procurement, and quality teams,



maintaining documentation related to product specifications and test results, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The Food Technologist will also support research and development projects, contribute to process optimization, and assist in troubleshooting product or quality issues as they arise.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Technology knowledge and experience in Research and Development (R&D;) for bakery and food products.
• Candidates should possess Sensory Evaluation skills for assessing product taste, texture, and overall consumer acceptability.
