Role Description Human Resources Specialist is a full-time/ part-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits and payroll-related information. The specialist develops, updates, and implements HR policies in line with company standards and local regulations, while supporting managers with performance management and employee relations. Responsibilities also include assisting in recruitment processes, conducting HR orientations, organizing training initiatives,



and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with HopHead’s brand values.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies that support organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Employee Hiring, Employee Benefits and related administration, including coordination with vendors.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and engagement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools; prior experience in retail
