Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective students, understand their education and career goals, and recommend suitable online programs and universities. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries,



and converting prospects into enrolled students while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves coordinating with mentors and counseling teams, providing clear information on courses, fees, and admission processes, and ensuring a high-quality, trust-focused experience for each learner.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including pipeline management and conversion.
• Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation capabilities, with experience nurturing and qualifying prospects.
