About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Billing Engineer to handle project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and coordination with site and project teams.
Key Responsibilities• Prepare and verify BOQs, RA Bills & Final Bills
• Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements as per drawings/site work
• Check contractor/vendor bills and supporting documents
• Prepare work orders and rate analysis when required
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and project teams
• Track project quantities, billing status and variations
• Verify measurements at site and maintain proper billing records
• Ensure billing is accurate and submitted within timelines

Requirements• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior / Civil Billing
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Positive communication and coordination skill
