Role Description The Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wadala, responsible for driving commercial leasing activities across key Mumbai locations. This role includes identifying and sourcing suitable commercial properties, managing listings,



and coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants. The Commercial Leasing Manager will negotiate lease terms, prepare and review documentation, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and timely closures. The individual will build and maintain relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and brokers while monitoring market trends, rental values, and occupancy rates. The role also involves maintaining accurate leasing records, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to leasing strategies that support business growth and client satisfaction.
