Role Description The Human Resources Management Consultant will work on-site in Rajkot in a full-time capacity,



partnering closely with client organizations to design, implement, and refine HR systems and processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing existing HR practices, developing and updating HR policies, and advising on organizational structuring and workforce planning.

The consultant will implement and optimize HRIS tools, support performance management frameworks, and guide clients on compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations.

The role involves conducting HR audits, facilitating change management initiatives, and collaborating with leadership teams to improve employee engagement, talent development, and overall human capital strategy.

The consultant will prepare reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps, and may deliver training sessions and workshops for HR and management teams.
