Role Description The Article Trainee will support audit and assurance engagements, assist in tax return preparation, and help with compliance related to direct and indirect taxes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include working on financial statements, documentation, working papers, and performing basic analytical reviews and reconciliations under supervision. The trainee will participate in field audits, interact with client teams to gather information, and help prepare reports and schedules for partners and managers. The role also involves learning and applying relevant accounting, auditing, and taxation standards, while maintaining organized records and meeting engagement timelines. This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation (direct and indirect) knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting/taxation software; ability to work with data, reconciliations, and schedules.
