Position: Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 15 years to 20 years

QUALIFICATION
CA with post qualification experience of 15 to 20 years in Financial Strategy, Business Planning and Financials reporting.

Job description:

a) Financial Strategy and Business Planning:
o Develop and implement financial strategies and Business policies to support the company’s strategic objectives.
o Prepare and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans for business planning.

b) Financial Reporting:
o Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
o Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

c) Accounting Management:
o Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
o Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

d) Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations,



accounting standards, and tax laws.
o Identify and mitigate financial risks and develop contingency plans.

e) Team Leadership and Development:
o Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team.
o Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and support career development.

f) Financial Analysis and Decision Support:
o Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
o Assess financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

g) Cash Flow Management:
o Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and investments.
o Optimize cash management processes to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

h) Audit and Internal Controls:
o Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
o Implement and review internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
