Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in corporate and leisure travel, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and promoting Flight2sucess’s travel and visa services. Responsibilities include generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.



The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, track market trends, and provide input into sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in travel management or related services.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Solid understanding of corporate travel, leisure travel, meetings and events travel, and visa services, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel for client meetings as needed.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
