Role Description The Senior Vice President – Human Resources | Founder’s Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore . This role leads the end-to-end people strategy, partnering closely with the founders to design and implement HR frameworks that support rapid growth and a high-performance culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies and governance, overseeing talent acquisition and workforce planning, and managing performance management and succession initiatives.



The role also directs employee relations and engagement programs, ensures competitive and compliant employee benefits, and supervises HRIS implementation and data integrity. This leader will coach managers, drive organizational development and change initiatives, and serve as a key advisor to the executive team on people, culture, and organizational risk.
Qualifications
• Solid Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, including strategic HR planning and execution in high-growth or technology-focused environments.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with organizational goals and relevant employment regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and engagement initiatives.
