Role Description The Credit Officer role at Equitas Small Finance Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in Shahpur. The Credit Officer will evaluate credit applications, analyze financial information, and assess the creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, performing risk assessments, recommending credit limits and terms, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.



The role also involves monitoring loan portfolios, identifying early warning signals, and coordinating with branch teams to support timely approvals and high-quality asset growth. The Credit Officer will regularly communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, explain credit decisions, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit evaluation skills, including experience in assessing credit risk and structuring credit proposals.
