About the Role:
This role involves promoting and growing business for EPAT (Executive Programme in Algorithmic Trading) and Quantra courses through sales activities to working professionals, traders, and finance or tech graduates building careers in quantitative and algorithmic trading. Given the technical depth of these programmes, we need someone who goes beyond a scripted pitch and engages prospects on the "what" and "why" of algo trading, quant finance, and coding for trading, while still driving the deal to closure. This is a consultative sale to a sophisticated buyer. Credibility comes first. Conversion follows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete sales cycle for EPAT and Quantra, from qualification to closure, taking full ownership of assigned leads with disciplined follow-up and nurturing
• Understand a prospect's career goals, technical background, and market knowledge to conduct consultative, technically credible conversations covering the right learning path, curriculum depth, and career outcomes




• Build trust and handle objections rooted in real market or career experience (career switch risk, ROI versus a CFA or FRM, opportunity cost) by speaking the prospect's language, whether markets, coding, or quant concepts
• Represent QuantInsti at market-related webinars, meetups, and events
• Stay current on algo trading, quant finance, and fintech trends

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in BFSI, FinTech, stock broking, wealth management, or financial sales is strongly preferred; EdTech sales experience (4-9 Years) with solid domain fluency also considered
• Techno-commercial mindset: comfortable discussing trading strategies, markets, programming basics, or quant methods alongside a standard sales conversation. A background in finance, engineering, or a quantitative field is a plus, even without direct trading experience
• Proven track record in consultative sales and end-to-end deal closure, ideally with high-ticket or high-consideration products
