As we continue to scale our digital business, we’re looking for a hands-on Key Account Manager to take ownership of our E-commerce & Quick Commerce business and drive growth, profitability and platform expansion.

? What You’ll Own
• Own monthly sales, revenue, contribution and P&L; targets across key platforms.
• Manage platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket,



Tira and other emerging channels.
• Build and execute platform-wise business plans, growth forecasts and promotional strategies.
• Drive visibility, assortment, pricing, promotions and platform activations.
• Build robust relationships with platform/category managers and negotiate commercials, visibility and growth opportunities.
• Drive Quick Commerce growth through availability, OSA, assortment, inventory health and city/cluster expansion.
• Lead marketplace growth through PLA, PPC, display, brand campaigns, catalogue and content optimisation.
• Own new product launches across marketplaces and quick commerce — from catalogue readiness to visibility and performance tracking.
• Track and analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, OSA, inventory and contribution.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse and Marketing teams to ensure stock availability and smooth platform operations.
