Role Overview
The Client Service Production Support role provides day-to-day production and coordination support for business development activities, and internal client-service initiatives.
The position is responsible for producing and formatting proposals, presentations, project credentials and other client-facing materials to a high standard.
The role works closely with Client Services, Design, Marketing and other internal teams to gather information, manage document production and ensure all deliverables are accurate, visually consistent and completed on time.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Support the production of RFP, RFI, tender and prequalification submissions.
• Format and update pitch decks, capability presentations, case studies, project profiles and client-facing documents.
• Apply company templates, brand guidelines and presentation standards consistently across all materials.
• Assist in collating project information, team CVs, credentials,



images and supporting documentation from internal teams.
• Proofread documents and presentations for spelling, grammar, formatting, accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required inputs and follow up on outstanding information.
• Maintain submission trackers, production schedules and document checklists.
• Support the preparation and packaging of final submission files in the required format.
• Organize and maintain project records, image libraries, CV databases, credentials and reusable content.
• Update standard templates and frequently used presentation materials.
• Carry out image selection, basic image editing and document layout adjustments where required.
• Support multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Assist with other business development, marketing and client-service activities as needed.
