About the Role
MagicMinds Group is developing a current Children's Education & Learning Centre in India, inspired by selected North American education models. We are looking for a curious and analytical Marketing Research Analyst Intern to work closely with the founding team on researching, validating and developing this new venture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and analyse education businesses in India and North America, benchmark their programmes, curriculum, pricing, positioning, customer experience and business models, and identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
• Research North American education models, learning methodologies and children's learning centres, analyse experiential and project-based learning approaches, and identify concepts adaptable to the Indian market through research on Indian schools, after-school programmes, activity centres and alternative education models.
• Analyse competitors,



programmes, pricing, curriculum and business models in India and North America.
• Define the Kids Club product vision, value proposition, target age groups, programmes, curriculum, customer personas, journeys and technology-enabled learning opportunities.
• Research pricing and revenue models, evaluate centre formats, recommend pilot centre offerings, and support product launch planning, validation and business cases.
• Prepare research reports, product documents, competitor analyses and presentations, maintain organised research databases, and present actionable recommendations using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Canva and AI tools.

Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, PGDM, Product Management, Business Management, Marketing or related programme.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
