Head of Production & Direction

Advex Media is a growing creative and digital agency based in Perinthalmanna, creating advertising, brand films, and digital video content for various brands.

Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Production & Direction with strong hands-on expertise in camera operations, cinematography, and direction.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in filmmaking, cinematography, or video production
• Strong knowledge of qualified camera handling and operations
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera movements
• Experience directing commercials, brand videos, reels, and campaigns
• Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills




• Ability to plan shots and translate concepts into visuals
• Ability to lead the camera and production crew on set
• Advertising agency experience is highly preferred
• Own professional camera suitable for commercial shoots is required.
