Blue Orbit Healthcare (by SnapShopHub) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our growing healthcare business. We source and distribute medical devices, hospital equipment, laboratory products, rehabilitation products and medical consumables, working with manufacturers and suppliers across India.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Procurement
• Source medical devices, hospital equipment, rehabilitation products, laboratory products & consumables from reliable manufacturers and suppliers
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing and negotiate the best commercial terms
• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards
Vendor Management
• Identify new vendors and build long-term supplier relationships across India
• Visit manufacturers/vendors whenever required
• Evaluate suppliers on quality, pricing,
delivery timelines and reliability
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Market Research
• Research new medical products, technologies and market trends
• Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor competitor pricing and prepare product comparison reports
Coordination & Follow-up
• Follow up on procurement leads from enquiry to delivery
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse and operations teams for smooth order execution
• Resolve procurement-related issues proactively
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain procurement records, quotations and supplier databases
• Prepare procurement and supplier performance reports
