Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive lead generation, partner activation, customer engagement, and business development for our high-end real estate projects.
The role will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline through channel partners, corporate connects, NRI customers, and other sourcing initiatives, while working closely with the Sourcing and Sales teams to improve lead conversion and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and activation through channel partners, corporate connects, NRI networks, and other business development initiatives.
• Build, manage, and continuously improve the sales pipeline to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard, and activate recent business partners to expand the customer acquisition network.
• Develop strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to improve their productivity and conversion.
• Work closely with the Sourcing and Sales teams to develop initiatives that improve lead generation,



customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Engage with prospective customers and partners, understand their requirements, and identify suitable opportunities across the company's project portfolio.
• Handle customer conversations across different time zones, particularly NRI customers, including weekend and after-hours engagement where required.
• Develop a strong understanding of all projects, locations, product offerings, pricing, USPs, and customer profiles to recommend the right project based on customer requirements.
• Explore and activate corporate partnerships to create new sources of business and generate qualified leads.
• Negotiate with partners and stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Track lead sources, partner performance, conversion metrics, and revenue contribution.
• Take ownership of business numbers and ensure achievement of agreed lead gene
