HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Assist with HR documentation, HRMS, and employee records.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and training coordination.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Gain exposure to HRBP activities, employee lifecycle, performance management, and employee relations.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and other people-related activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
