About the Role
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Executive who can take qualified and cold leads through the complete sales journey — from initial conversation and product demonstration to negotiation and closure.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable selling technology/software solutions to businesses, understand consultative selling, and be confident conducting calls and demos with business owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective business clients through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
* Understand the prospect’s business requirements, challenges and existing processes.
* Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain the solution in a simple, business-focused manner.
* Handle objections and communicate the value proposition clearly.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
* Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
* Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with the marketing and onboarding teams when required.
* Build strong relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into paying customers.
* Share regular updates on lead status, objections, conversions and market feedback.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, WhatsApp API, CPaaS, ERP, software or technology sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
* Experience handling product demos and sales calls.
* Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
* Basic understanding of CRM and sales pipelines.
* Ability to understand a technology product and explain its business advantages rather than simply listing features.
