* Relevant experience in QA Automation, with strong exposure to Salesforce testing.
* Strong hands-on experience in test automation, preferably within Salesforce-based applications and enterprise web applications.
* Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, custom objects, workflows, flows, triggers, and integrations.
* Robust hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript for UI automation.
* Experience with Selenium and familiarity with Salesforce-specific automation tools such as Provar/Copado is desirable.
* Experience in mobile automation using Appium and WebdriverIO.
* Strong understanding of API testing and automation using REST/SOAP APIs.
* Experience configuring and executing automated tests through CI/CD pipelines,



preferably using GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools.
* Exposure to performance testing using K6 and interpretation of performance test results.
* Exposure to AI-driven QA tools, AI-assisted test generation, test optimization, defect analysis, or GenAI-based testing practices.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern QA practices.
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
* A strong learning mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm to grow in AI, Salesforce, and Automation Engineering.
