Ratio is a next-generation storefront solution built for high-growth Indian D2C brands. It helps brands improve their digital storefront experience, site speed, conversion, and revenue per session while providing a more flexible and performance-focused alternative to their existing storefront setup.

As Senior Manager – Sales, you will play a key role in building the market for Ratio. This is an early-stage GTM sales role where you will be responsible for creating demand, identifying high-potential brands, selling a relatively new product, and establishing a repeatable sales motion.





You will work closely with founders and senior eCommerce, Growth, Digital, and Technology leaders to understand their existing storefront and growth challenges, build a compelling business case, and drive strategic opportunities from discovery to closure.

What You’ll Own

Recent Business & Strategic Revenue

• Own the revenue target for Ratio and drive new business across high-potential D2C and eCommerce brands.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, GoKwik’s merchant ecosystem, founder networks, agencies, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to product demonstration, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
• Identify and develop strategic accounts where storefront, conversion, technology, or performance limitations create a strong opportunity for Ratio.
• Build accurate forecasts and maintain strong visibility on pipeline,
