Role Description
The Operations Manager role at VUI Live is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role oversees day-to-day agency operations, including resource planning, workflow management, and coordination between creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns. The Operations Manager monitors project timelines, allocates tasks, tracks operational KPIs, and implements process improvements for efficiency and quality control. Responsibilities include managing vendor and partner relationships, supporting budget oversight, resolving operational issues,



and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to operational policies, mentoring team members on best practices, and supporting leadership in strategic planning and scaling operations.

Qualifications
• Experience in operations management, project coordination, or agency workflow management, preferably within marketing or advertising environments.
• Work experience in digital marketing agency
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing, media, or creative agency is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with social media, performance marketing, and media buying workflows.
