Role Description The Visualfabriq Trade Promotion Management Implementation Lead is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Visualfabriq Trade Promotion Management solutions for global clients,



including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The Implementation Lead collaborates closely with client stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and product specialists to ensure that trade promotion processes are accurately modeled, integrated, and optimized within client environments. Daily activities include managing project plans, facilitating workshops, documenting functional and technical specifications, coordinating data migration, and overseeing user training and post-go-live support. The role also involves continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, contributing feedback to product teams, and ensuring that solutions align with clients’ business goals and SpringUp Labs’ AI-native delivery frameworks.
