Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience across recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities• Assist with recruitment and sourcing of candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees




• Assist with attendance and basic personnel management
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle basic HR-related communication with employees
• Assist with employee engagement activities
• Support HR-related queries under the guidance of the HR team
• Assist HR leadership with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities

Requirements• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience are also welcome
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to learn HR software and databases
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
