Title: Art Director
Location: Thane (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)

Role & responsibility:
• Lead and guide the design team to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Develop visual concepts and creative ideas for digital and offline campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams.
• Translate client briefs into solid and engaging visual communication.
• Review designs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Present and explain creative concepts during internal and client discussions.
• Work across social media, digital campaigns, print, presentations, videos and other marketing collaterals.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.





Requirement:
• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Agency experience will be an added advantage.
