We need an HR professional who can build a performance-driven accountability system across our academic, administrative and operational functions. You will define roles, set KPIs/KRAs, run monthly performance reviews (JPA), and link results to confirmation, increments and progression.
This is not a recruitment, attendance or payroll role.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and design JDs, role responsibilities, reporting lines, and role-wise accountability/output matrices.
• Develop and implement KPIs/KRAs with clear targets, timelines, evidence, and review frequencies across academic, administrative, leadership, and operational roles.




• Create Role Execution Plans to translate responsibilities into tasks, deliverables, timelines, ownership, delegation, and escalation points.
• Conduct periodic Job Performance Assessments (JPA) covering target vs. actual performance, evidence, gaps, delays, and corrective actions.
• Prepare performance summaries and support probation, confirmation, increments, salary revisions, progression, reassignment, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Maintain employee-wise KPI, JPA, appraisal, and performance records while developing HR dashboards to track reviews, probation, confirmations, and appraisal cycles.
• Identify manpower, accountability, and role-duplication gaps and recommend improvements in organisational structure and reporting lines.
• Support HR policy implementation, standardise onboarding and performance-review processes, and coordinate with HRMS/ERP teams.
